The rates shown on the website are only valid at the time of your quote. Your rate can only be guaranteed until you complete your reservation process, otherwise those rates are subject to change without notice.
A reservation is considered completed when you have a confirmation number. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your assigned advisor as soon as possible.
For logistics reasons, you can only make your reservation online up to one day in advance of your arrival or departure. If you require a service for today, you must contact us by phone to check unit availability.
You can make online payment by debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) through PayPal®. It is not necessary to have a PayPal® account.
If you are going to pay for your service with your PayPal® account, the name and email of the reservation must be the same as those used in the PayPal® account. In case this information does not match, the service can be canceled.
You can make your payment in cash at the time of boarding the unit, but it is mandatory to confirm your reservation to your assigned advisor by email or phone call between 24 and 48 hours before your service. If this confirmation is not made, the service can be canceled.
If you want to make the payment by bank transfer or deposit, you must ask your assigned advisor for the necessary information to make the payment. It is important to send proof to update your payment status on your coupon.
You can make your payment in the currency you selected at the time of making your reservation.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
For changes or cancellations you should contact your assigned advisor via email or phone call.
Any change of reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates.
Sometimes due to the type of modifications requested, it is possible to generate a new confirmation number.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your service may be fully refunded.
Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours in advance of your service are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before your service are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your service cannot be refunded and will be charged in full.
We do not reimburse for services already performed or in case of no show on the day your service was scheduled.
You must print your corresponding coupon and present it when you need your service.
Federal transportation law requires that the number of people in the vehicle does not exceed the amount indicated on your voucher. We reserve the right to deny additional passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who insult any staff member, who exhibit abusive behavior or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All personal belongings, luggage, fragile or valuable goods (such as electronic devices, wallet, wallets, jewelry, travel documents, medications) are the responsibility of the client. Make sure you have all your items when leaving the vehicle.
NAST will strive to safely and timely bring each passenger to their destination. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays; accidents along the road, severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, airport parking delays, where we cannot be responsible. We will handle each case in the most professional way possible to avoid additional losses or costs.
